




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Accounting Assistant to record transactions, support the issuance of payment vouchers, and manage inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a responsible, organized individual with a service-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record all company financial transactions in the accounting system * Prioritize purchases and banking activities to facilitate month-end reporting to the accounting firm and enable result comparisons based on parallel accounting. * Support the issuance of payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes to clients. * Maintain internal inventory control, primarily for local purchases. Monitor and track collection processes, receivables, and account reconciliation. * Prepare and submit reports on performed tasks upon request by immediate supervisor and/or management. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments * Excellent work environment and development opportunities.
