Requirements: * Knowledge of payment voucher regulations, deductions, withholdings, and advance payments. * Knowledge of issuing waybills, electronic invoices, credit notes, local purchases, and other documents. * Knowledge of applicable accounting legislation (General Business Accounting Plan) and tax legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level mandatory). * Experience with SISCONT accounting software (desirable). * Knowledge of completing PDT forms 621, 601, and 617. * Knowledge of SIRE (Integrated Electronic Registration System). * Knowledge of PLE (Electronic Book Program). * Full-time availability. * Residency in Puente Piedra or nearby areas. Responsibilities: * Recording and validation of transactions (Purchases / Sales). * Comprehensive recording of collections in the accounting system. * Accounting entries for invoices, payments, and petty cash. * Verification of correct issuance of payment vouchers (RUC, legal name, amounts). * Control and validation of physical and electronic invoices. * Daily recording of bank account movements in the accounting software. * Submission of the Purchases Report, Purchases Report, and Sales Report. * Provision and analysis of accounting entries—general analysis of accounting accounts. * Updating supplier and customer balances. * Payment of deductions. * Bank reconciliations. * Review of collection documents and updating of the collections report. * Payroll provision. * Support in preparing financial statements (FS). * Account analysis and evaluation as required. * Maintaining physical documentation in order. * Other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
