




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting assistant with experience in information recording, account analysis, bank reconciliations, and document management to support departmental operations. Department: Accounting **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields, or currently enrolled with at least two years of academic foundation. * Minimum one year of experience as an Accounting Assistant. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Required accounting knowledge. **Responsibilities:** * Data entry into ERP system. * Recording of purchase invoices, sales receipts, honorarium receipts, credit notes, and other documents. * Analysis of purchase and sales records. * Review of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Regularly monitor email and respond to received communications. * Generation and management of documents and/or files. * Bank reconciliations. * Managing incoming phone calls, documents, and correspondence. * Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as requested by management. * Handling and processing various company-related procedures. * Preparing documents for procedural submissions. * Fast typing skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Ability to handle multiple routine tasks. * Other duties assigned by the department head.
