We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern. **Education:** · Technical or university students majoring in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** . Provide administrative support to ensure the proper functioning of the office. · Review purchase and sales records. . Accounting provisions. . Preparation of PLAME. . Updating the customer portfolio. . Recording collections and payments to suppliers. . Responding to customer or supplier inquiries on various topics. · Other tasks related to the nature of the position. **Skills:** · Proactive, empathetic, persuasive, active listener, planner. · Effective and fluent communication. · Proficient use of Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
