Meals and accommodation provided at the construction site **PSV Pilotes Peru SAC**, a company specializing in construction-related services, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a construction site to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the administrator with personnel onboarding documentation. * Support the creation of service orders, purchase orders, and invoice registration. * Assist with field personnel timekeeping. * Process petty cash and supplier expense reports. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Knowledge of invoices, tax withholdings (detracciones), promissory notes (letras), and receipts (boletas). * Preferably familiar with Starsoft software. * Excellent analytical skills and teamwork abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Willingness to work on-site. * Experience in administrative roles. * Location: ICA **Benefits:** * Opportunity to learn and develop professionally within a solid company. * Inclusion in the payroll. * Meals and accommodation provided at the construction site.
