




**Hello, Red** We are looking for **a Reception Assistant** to join our team in **Surco**. **Office Hours:** Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** **Main Responsibilities** * Provide courteous and efficient reception services to visitors, suppliers, and colleagues. * Maintain order, appearance, and stock levels in the reception area. * Register visitor entries, manage parking arrangements, and administer meeting rooms. * Receive, log, and distribute mail and packages. * Support the coordination of meetings, corporate events, and visits. * Manage office supply inventory and coordinate administrative services (taxis, courier, purchase orders, and payments). * Prepare administrative and staff attendance reports. * Provide logistical support and perform other related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Experience in customer service, reception, or similar roles. * Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, corporate email, booking systems, CRM, or similar). * Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and customer orientation. **Interested in applying?** Send your **CV + salary expectations** to: **917 029 472** ✔ *If you meet the profile, we will contact you to proceed with the hiring process.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
