




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to the office team and project teams, including reception management, mail distribution, and meeting organization. You will be responsible for:* Provide reception support, answering the phone and taking messages as needed, ensuring they are immediately relayed to the appropriate person. * Distribute internal and external mail. * Order office refreshments and meeting lunches. * Assist in typing minutes, agendas, and notices. * Create posters and documents as required. * Maintain filing systems. * Report any site-related IT issues to the technical support service. * Receive and welcome guests as a representative of the organization. * Ensure visitors or guests register upon arrival. * Organize refreshments for meetings and visitors. * Support office calendar management, e.g., booking meeting rooms. * Receive shipments and manage incoming and outgoing mail. * Collaborate to achieve the shared goal of transitioning to net-zero carbon emissions, sharing responsibility for proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during work execution. You will need:* A professional with at least 5 years of experience. * A degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in administrative support for projects and technical documentation handling. * Knowledge of procurement, contracting, and document control. * Civil construction working regime, Monday to Saturday.
