





JOB OPPORTUNITY – ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Location: La Victoria, Av. México, TAKANA CARS Company. REQUIREMENTS: · Graduate in Technical or University-level Accounting · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (e.g., Assistant Accountant) · ERP system proficiency · Knowledge of Income Tax and IGV (General Sales Tax), Perceptions, Withholdings, and Detractions, Kardex · Proficiency in Contanet and ANKA · Preference for candidates aged 35 years or younger. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Recording of Purchases, Sales, Cash, and Bank transactions · Performing bank reconciliations · Verifying compliance with banking requirements, detractions, and other obligations necessary to register a payment voucher · Adhering to the accounting closing schedule and reporting deadlines · Knowledge of IGV, Third- and Fourth-Category Income Tax settlements; withholding and detraction regimes · Monthly payroll settlements · Studying and analyzing variations in all account balances, reporting fluctuations resulting from operations to the immediate supervisor through comparative financial statements · Analyzing accounts generally, especially those with the highest volatility · Knowledge of preparing and analyzing accounts, as well as revenues/expenses and cash flow · Supporting the Accountant in preparing Financial Statements · Preparing Social Benefits settlements upon employee termination, including outstanding remunerations and applicable deductions · Continuously tracking merchandise inflows and outflows and verifying them accordingly—each transaction must be accurately documented where applicable · Maintaining Fixed Assets records for companies providing such information · Analyzing accounts generally, especially those with the highest volatility · Verifying whether transactions are subject to banking requirements or other statutory obligations, and ensuring compliance therewith · Analyzing, proposing, and establishing methods, procedures, and standards to align the company’s accounting system with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the General Business Accounting Plan, following coordination with the Supervisor and Head of Accounting · Assisting in preparing monthly Management Reports and other reports, ensuring submission by the established or requested deadline · Ensuring timely printing of Accounting Books according to legal obligations, or electronic submission of Accounting Books per current regulations and within deadlines set by regulatory authorities · Keeping all Kardex (Inventory Control) movement documents—both incoming and outgoing—up-to-date and properly organized · Performing accounting entries in primary and auxiliary accounting books according to established norms and control procedures, within deadlines stipulated by SUNAT · Keeping departmental files up-to-date SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: · Analytical, responsible, and committed · Positive attitude, proactive, communicative OFFERED: · Market-aligned salary (SME) · Pleasant working environment · Ongoing growth opportunities · Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:30 PM; Sat 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,600.00–PEN 2,100.00 per month (DEPENDS ON EVALUATED EXPERIENCE) Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,600.00–PEN 2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
