At Plasticaucho Perú, a footwear-sector company with 26 years of market experience, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to cover a maternity leave position under a one-year contract. If you are passionate about marketing, skilled in campaign management, and eager to join a dynamic and creative environment, this opportunity is for you! **Functions and Responsibilities** Campaign Management: * Monitor monthly campaigns on third-party marketplaces. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance. Ensure execution of proposed activities to implement improvement opportunities. Brand Strategy: * Manage the design, execution, and oversight of brand strategy development. Create and coordinate digital-level initiatives. Properly align physical events with digital ones. Digital Content: * Oversee management of our social media accounts in collaboration with agencies. Supervise the development of the social media content calendar in coordination with the Community Manager. Coordinate photo and video shoots for social media and sales-channel content (every two months). Coordination and Collaboration: * Develop initiatives with brand ambassadors and monitor their task execution in coordination with the Community Manager. Monitor social media post execution and associated metrics in coordination with the Community Manager. Execute and track strategic partnerships with complementary brands or allied companies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance brand positioning. Platforms and Tools: * Coordinate requests from various marketplaces. Upload products onto platforms. Manage and configure the CRM platform, automation tools, and other systems. Proficiently operate the unified platform integrating three marketplaces (YUJU). Participate in monthly meetings with top marketplaces: Platanitos, Falabella, Ripley, among others. Own Website: * Evaluate participation in top Peruvian campaigns: Cyber Wow, Cyber Days, Black Friday, etc. Implement and improve promotions/benefits: pre-sales, exclusive pricing, Venus Monday, etc. Ensure all produced communication materials align with brand identity and each campaign’s concept (in coordination with agencies). Coordinate the creation of graphic assets for monthly campaigns. **Improve UX and UI of the Web Platform** UX: Evaluate and enhance product search and purchasing ease to achieve a user-friendly website. UI: Improve the platform’s visual appearance. Manage e-commerce logistics with an appropriate logistics operator. Implement strategies to build customer databases and foster loyalty (e.g., giveaways, digital surveys, etc.). **Requirements** Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles.
