We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern. **Education:** · Technical or university students majoring in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** · Provide administrative support to ensure proper office operations. · Review purchase and sales records. · Accounting provisions. · Preparation of PLAME reports. · Updating the customer portfolio. · Recording collections and payments to suppliers. · Responding to customers’ or suppliers’ inquiries. · Other tasks related to the nature of the position. **Skills:** · Proactive, empathetic, persuasive, active listener, planner. · Effective and fluent communication. · Proficient in Microsoft Office. · Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. · Ability to work effectively in a team. · Solution-oriented mindset. **BENEFITS:** · On-site office work. · No experience required; we provide training. · If you successfully complete the internship period, your salary increase will be evaluated based on performance.
