We are looking for an: **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR.** **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies. * University degree in Accounting (graduated or bachelor’s degree candidate). * Advanced intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as an accounting assistant. * Experience using ERP accounting module. **FUNCTIONS** * Accounting recordkeeping and documentation. * Recording purchases, sales, services and expenses in the accounting system / ERP. * Verifying and validating payment vouchers, ensuring compliance with tax requirements. * Controlling and archiving physical and digital accounting documentation. * Supporting the recording and control of production costs (raw materials, labor and indirect costs). * Recording inventory movements, material consumption and work-in-process products. * Supporting reconciliation between production, warehouse and accounting. * Preparing basic cost, consumption and variance reports. * Performing bank reconciliations. * Supporting reconciliation of accounting accounts (suppliers, customers, inventories, assets). * Monitoring advances, expense reports and operational expenses. * Supporting monthly accounting closings. * Providing support to the accountant in preparing financial statements. * Coordinating with Production, Logistics and Warehouse departments. * Supporting implementation and improvement of accounting procedures. * Keeping accounting files and schedules up to date. * Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of accounting records. * Maintaining order, traceability and confidentiality of information. * Meeting accounting and tax deadlines. * Reporting detected deviations or inconsistencies. * Requesting information and documentation from operational departments. * Proposing improvements in accounting and cost control. * Directly coordinating with suppliers and internal departments for document regularization. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Formal payroll registration from first day of work. * MYPE Payroll Regime (50% Vacation, CTS, Bonus). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. * Location: Cercado de Lima (near Coliseo Amauta). * Payment: Biweekly. * Career progression opportunity. * Flexible morning start time.
