Currently, we are seeking an **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** with a strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and analytical ability to join our accounting team. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year performing similar duties. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of the **General Business Accounting Plan**. * Proficiency in **SIRE** (Integrated Electronic Registration System). * Preparation and completion of **PDT 601 (PLAME)**. * Payroll and social benefits calculation. * Control and maintenance of accounting books (Purchases, Sales, Journal, and General Ledger). * **Software:** Proficiency in the **ADSOFT** system (preferred) or other accounting ERPs. * **Office Software:** Intermediate-level Microsoft **Excel** (mandatory). **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and validating purchases and sales in the system. * Account analysis and bank reconciliations. * Assisting in the preparation of financial statements. * Monthly tax and payroll filings. * Maintaining up-to-date physical and/or electronic accounting books.
