**Purpose of the Position** Provide accounting and administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring the proper recording of purchase and sales vouchers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record purchase vouchers (invoices, receipts, tickets, others) and sales vouchers to ensure their registration in the books filing. * Assign the applicable withholding tax rate and corresponding amount during voucher registration to ensure the correct tax payable amount. * Record cash reconciliation reports to ensure their accounting entry in the books and proper IGV recovery. * Record honorarium receipts to ensure accounting for all issued vouchers. * Cross-check purchase voucher records against the SIRE system to validate accounting entries for all issued vouchers. * Assist in monthly and annual accounting closings to meet established deadlines. * Review and update the exchange rate daily in the NISIRA ERP system. * Support monthly or annual inventory counts of stock or fixed assets. * Review and validation of documents. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting and/or administration. * Proficiency in SIRE, accounting books, and sales records, among others. * Experience with NISIRA ERP (not mandatory) **Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Teamwork * Continuous improvement orientation Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,7000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately? * Please share your salary expectations. * This position is based in Barranca or nearby areas—where do you currently reside?
