Opportunity at a metal-mechanical company with team-based work **Description:** A metal-mechanical company engaged in manufacturing equipment for the mining sector and general industry is seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform the following functions: **Functions:** * Recording information in the Concar accounting system (mandatory). * Analyzing accounting accounts to ensure the accuracy of balances in accounts comprising financial statements and efficiently and reliably providing information derived from accounting records. * Preparing and filing monthly tax returns. * Managing accruals (accruals, deferrals, and expense recognition). * Submitting electronic accounting books (purchases, sales, journal, and ledger). * Performing bank reconciliations. * Preparing payroll accruals, depreciation, amortization, etc. * Managing fixed assets (handling asset additions, transfers, and disposals; also creating fixed asset codes and generating depreciation schedules). * Responding to requests from external entities. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Competencies:** · Results-oriented. · Willingness to work in a team. · Analytical and communication skills. **Requirements:** Students in the final cycles of technical or university programs in Accounting. Minimum one year of experience as an Accounting Assistant, performing balance sheet account analysis. Experience in payroll calculation, social benefits, and tax filings. Mandatory proficiency in the Concar system. Residence in districts adjacent to Comas. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
