




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional or related specialist to provide administrative and accounting support, responsible for transaction recording, invoicing, reconciliations, and tax preparation. Preparation of monthly tax filings and bank reconciliations EDUCATION: Accounting Technician, Graduate, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience supporting the accounting department and performing administrative tasks. Knowledge of ERP Sipan RESPONSIBILITIES Academic Qualifications \- Technician or professional in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. Responsibilities \- Recording all financial transactions (sales, purchases, income, and expenses) in the accounting system. \- Issuing monthly invoices. \- Maintaining control over invoices that comply with tax requirements. \- Keeping the expense reimbursement (travel allowance) tracking system up to date. \- Performing monthly bank reconciliations. \- Calculating and preparing preliminary monthly tax calculations (IGV, INCOME TAX, and WITHHOLDINGS). \- Preparing and updating the supplier payment schedule, prioritizing payments based on due dates and cash availability. \- Preparing monthly income and expense reports, as well as cash flow reports. \- Timely notification of tax obligations and their deadlines. \- Other duties as required by the position.
