Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage accounting software, coordinate with clients, issue vouchers, pay taxes, prepare PDT, and analyze accounts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Salary, vacation, severance, and bonus calculations Our accounting firm, located in the district of La Victoria (intersection of México and Aviación Avenues, entrance to Gamarra), is seeking personnel to fill the position of: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT * Accounting software operation * Coordination with clients to obtain all documents and/or invoices and ensure their delivery to the firm. * Issuance of electronic vouchers for our clients via the SUNAT platform. * Familiarity with the SPOT system for tax obligation payments, to verify and process purchase and sales voucher withholdings. * Tax payment via the SUNAT platform. * PDT preparation and filing. * Recording of purchases, sales, provisions, payroll journal entries, closing entries, adjusting entries, etc. * Recording of collections, income, and expenses. * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Salary, vacation, severance, bonus, CTS, and fifth-category RTA calculations. * PLAME PDT preparation and submission. * Analysis of accounting accounts. * Archiving and maintaining control over documents of assigned clients. Requirements * Two years of experience in similar positions (accounting assistant, accounting clerk, or accounting intern). * Immediate availability. * Residency in the district of La Victoria or in locations with convenient access to La Victoria.
