




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Accounting Assistant with experience in accounting recordkeeping and analysis, as well as compliance with tax and financial obligations. Requirements * Technical or university graduate in Accounting * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions * Knowledge of electronic invoice issuance and shipping guides * Proficiency in accounting systems (CONCAR, STARSOFT or similar) * Experience in bank reconciliations * Experience in monthly and annual tax returns * Proficiency in banking platforms (Telecrédito, Net Cash) * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Main Responsibilities * Recording purchases and sales in the accounting system * Recording payroll, journal entries, income, and expenses * Bank reconciliations * Validation of payment vouchers * Issuance of electronic invoices * Analysis of accounts receivable and payable * Preparation of financial statements * Monthly and annual tax returns * Physical and digital document filing * Coordination with internal and external departments Benefits * Formal employment under REMYPE – Microenterprise regime * Positive work environment If you meet the profile and are interested in joining our team, apply via Indeed, attaching your updated CV.
