Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory control, ensure product organization, and coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages product inventory and stock 2. Coordinates loading and unloading activities 3. Optimizes storage space and systems **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and record product inflows and outflows. * Conduct periodic inventories and stock tracking. * Ensure products are properly organized and labeled. * Supervise goods receipt and verify that deliveries match purchase orders. * Coordinate loading and unloading activities for materials and/or products. * Ensure proper distribution of products according to dispatch orders. * Organize warehouse space to maximize storage capacity. * Implement efficient storage systems. * Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, orders, and any warehouse-related incidents. * Enter corresponding records into the Starsoft System. * Dispatch customer orders after verification against the dispatch guide. * Perform all other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2\-3 years of certified experience in similar warehouse management roles. * Proficiency in inventory management software and basic operating systems. * Must reside in Callao or nearby areas. * Immediate availability. **Skills:** * Planning and Control Ability * Analytical Thinking * Process Optimization * Communication * Teamwork **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration from the first day of work * All statutory benefits as mandated by law At BBTI SAC, we believe in equal opportunity for all individuals regardless of gender, origin, race, nationality, generation, diverse abilities, and/or disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973, the General Law for Persons with Disabilities.
