RELES S.R.L., a market-leading company with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Warehouse and Procurement Assistant. Profile: * Graduate technician in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 months’ experience in the position (preferred). * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations. Functions and Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage inventory of stored products. * Conduct stock control and verify minimum warehouse stock levels. * Continuously monitor expiration dates of warehouse supplies and submit corresponding reports to the relevant department as required. * Coordinate with respective departments for inspection of equipment/supplies. * Verify incoming and outgoing items and record them in the system. * Support the Procurement Manager in collecting or receiving imported equipment and supplies. * Maintain up-to-date records in the system regarding available equipment and supplies in the warehouse. * Report to the Procurement Manager on acceptance or rejection of equipment/supplies. * Prepare orders destined for local customers.
