Position Summary: Quality Assistant responsible for raw material, input, and product quality control, as well as process registration and verification at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. An agro-industrial company requires a Quality Assistant with the following profile: **FUNCTIONS** * Perform quality control of raw materials, inputs, packaging, and products in general acquired and related to production. * Conduct raw material sampling according to the internal sampling table. * Safeguard certificates for inputs, packaging, and other documents provided by procurement. * Report complaints and identified non-conformances to the procurement department for resolution. * Record process controls and CCP (Critical Control Point) controls at processing plants. * Review parameters of intermediate products manufactured at the frozen food plant. * Verify and report non-conformances; additionally, prepare the Non-Conforming Product Disposal Minutes. * Record and enter into the database the results of each production batch. * Verify incoming finished product status at the finished goods warehouse: labeling, temperature per product type, lot number, etc. * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Technical degree in Food Industries, Chemistry, or related field. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions, preferably within the sector. * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP. * Ability to interact and coordinate with personnel from different departments; aptitude and willingness to work in teams. * Focus on achieving objectives and adaptability to working under pressure.
