




Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage purchase registration, bank reconciliations, purchase orders, and import expense control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Controls import expenses and evaluates suppliers An engineering and systems projects company specializing in Fire Protection Systems, Fire & Gas Systems, Mechanical Ventilation, and Environmental Control is looking for a **MALE PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT** for **Surco**. **Requirements**: Technical or university graduate/ student in **administration or accounting**. Minimum 1 year of procurement experience (industrial sector preferred). Basic knowledge of accounting. Familiarity with purchase orders and quotations. Knowledge of import procedures. Availability to work in Surco Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. (reference: alternative location near Universidad Ricardo Palma). **Responsibilities**: Register purchases. Prepare daily bank reconciliations. Issue purchase orders to domestic and international suppliers. Arrange and book air, land transportation, and hotel reservations. Prepare accounts payable reports. Monitor import expenses. Evaluate suppliers and customers. Manage customs clearance follow-up. Manage credit lines with suppliers.
