Job stability A metal-mechanical company is looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong coordination skills to assume comprehensive responsibility for procurement and inventory control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Inventory control and replenishment (raw materials, production supplies, cleaning supplies, and office supplies). * Requesting and comparative analysis of quotations. * Preparation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Orders (SOs). * Coordination with Operations, Accounting, Management, and Warehouse to ensure proper documentation flow. * Recording and tracking of scheduled payments. * Coordination with suppliers (deliveries, acceptance, claims, and warranties). * Document control (purchase invoices, expense reports, receipts, and sequential filing). * Weekly tracking of pending, cancelled, or unpaid POs. * Periodic visits to suppliers for price and condition evaluations. * Cross-departmental coordination for RFQs, outsourced services, and technical documentation for machinery. **Required Profile:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, procurement, or inventory control. * Knowledge of document management and administrative workflows. * Ability to negotiate and coordinate with suppliers. * Proficiency in Excel and control spreadsheets. * Orderliness, responsibility, and process-compliance orientation. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth.
