Coordination with suppliers and internal departments for documentation management **Date:** Mar 13, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Provide operational support in the management and registration of procurement documents within the company's ERP system, ensuring accurate documentation, validation, and tracking of goods and services procurement processes, thereby contributing to the efficiency of the procure-to-pay cycle and compliance with the organization's internal guidelines.**What will you do in your role?** * Receive and organize procurement document requests submitted by user departments. * Verify that information contained in forms and attachments is complete and accurate. * Support the registration of material and service purchase requests in the ERP. * Assist in the generation and updating of purchase orders and service orders. * Support the preparation of Service Entry Sheets (SES) where applicable. * Track approvals and releases of procurement documents. * Maintain up-to-date records and control of processed procurement documents. * Provide support to user departments regarding inquiries related to procurement documents. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for proper procurement documentation management. * Support the preparation of procurement process reports and indicator monitoring. * Identify inconsistencies or incidents in documentation and report them to the responsible party. * Support continuous improvement of administrative procurement processes. **What do we need from you?** * Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or administrative areas. * Knowledge and experience handling procurement documents, creation of purchase orders, supplier management, process improvement, budgeting, or related areas. * Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP or another ERP system. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI. * Intermediate-level proficiency in English.
