




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record, control, and analyze accounting transactions, supporting the preparation of financial statements and process improvements. Support in preparing financial statements At Todo Sobre Agua, we are looking for an assistant for the Accounting Department. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational accounting tasks. * Experience in bank reconciliations. * ERP knowledge. * Knowledge of account analysis. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Experience with accounting ERP software preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Recording of purchases, sales, and expenses. * Control and filing of payment vouchers. * Recording of accounting journal entries in the accounting process. * Filing and control of accounting documents both electronically and physically. * Validation of purchase and sales invoices. * Review and reconciliation of accounts and bank movements related to the withholding account. * Account analysis. * Identification of opportunities to improve accounting processes. * Maintenance of various tables and parameters within the accounting software. * Support in preparing financial statements and notes. * Preparation of specific reports assigned by the supervisor. **Benefits:** Formal employment under Peru’s MYPE payroll system.
