




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record journal entries, verify documents, perform reconciliations, and support tax filing. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in recording and verifying accounting documents 2. Responsibility for bank reconciliations and respective analysis 3. Support in monthly tax settlements and electronic books **REQUIREMENTS:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ***(MANDATORY)***. * Minimum 1 year of experience * Knowledge of bank reconciliation and journal entries * Familiarity with accounting software (PACON, CONCAR) * Proficiency in OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL) * Availability to work on-site in the PUENTE PIEDRA district **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record daily accounting entries: purchases, sales, banks, petty cash, accruals. * Receive, verify, validate, and file documents: invoices, receipts, professional service fee receipts, mobility payroll slips, and other documents compliant with current tax and accounting regulations. * Prepare bank reconciliations and respective analysis. * Organize and maintain the archive of documents supporting accounting records. * File PLAME and T-Registration. * Support monthly tax settlements (PDT 621) and electronic books (SIRE / PLE).
