A leading consulting firm is seeking top talent to fill the position of: Accounting Assistant **Requirements:** \- Graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Economics, or Finance (Mandatory) \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. \- Knowledge of SIPAN ERP (Desirable) \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency \- Data analysis and reporting capability \- Tax Management training course (Desirable) \- Immediate availability **Responsibilities:** \- Daily entry or registration of purchase invoices into the accounting system. \- Perform revenue review and reconciliation, and maintain updated accounting records. \- Receive and validate accounting documents associated with cash inflow and outflow operations. \- Maintain proper updating, organization, and control of assigned accounting documents. \- Prepare and update bank reconciliations. \- Conduct cost estimation and financial analysis for each new account received. \- Record payment vouchers (purchases and sales) according to cost centers and keep corresponding reports updated for preparation of financial statements. \- Coordinate with various departments to collect tax and accounting supporting documentation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
