




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Import Assistant for our textile raw materials import company, responsible for managing logistics and documentation processes. At this time, we are seeking top talent for the position of **Import Assistant.** **Requirements** · Graduate in International Business, minimum Bachelor’s degree. * Knowledge of international logistics, customs legislation, import processes, import costing, insurance handling, and sworn declarations. * Experience coordinating shipments (air, land) and document management. · Experience using Import ERP systems. · Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in similar roles (import companies). · Intermediate Excel proficiency. · Availability to work in La Victoria. **SOFT SKILLS** · Full-time availability. · Proactive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving ability. · Responsible, punctual, honest, and persevering. · Strong management capability. · Intermediate English (written and spoken). · Communication and persuasion skills. Age: 25–35 years old. **Responsibilities:** · Sending and tracking samples to suppliers for quotation and responding to customers. · Analyzing logistics costs prior to shipment. · Preparing import cost sheets and quotations. · Continuous tracking of purchase orders—from preparation, sending color samples, lab dip approval, pre-shipment document review, through to arrival. · Tracking sample development for customers to close sales. · Managing and archiving customer purchase orders. · Informing the Sales Department about incoming imports. · Notifying the warehouse of Packing Lists for imports arriving during the month. · Requesting samples from suppliers for imports in transit. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:30 AM–1:30 PM. Work Location: LA VICTORIA – LIMA, PERU. Salary: PEN 1,600–1,800. Position Type: Full-time. Salary: PEN 1,600.00–PEN 1,800.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
