Prepare and review documentation required for customs procedures, including invoices, packing lists, CO-FTA (Certificates of Origin and Free Trade Agreements), and BL (Bill of Lading). Review and validate consignee information on the invoice and Bill of Lading. Identify and negotiate freight options (CFR, FOB) to secure competitive rates and ensure efficient transportation. Ensure all imports comply with customs and international trade regulations. Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or discrepancies arising during the import process. Review and track supplier account statements to maintain accurate inventory control. Track containers using available information on shipping line websites. Instruct, direct, and coordinate customs clearance or freight forwarding activities, covering instructions, validations (VB), gate-in, container unloading, and pickup. Coordinate with Management, according to priorities, regarding direct-unload instructions and delivery points. Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on the number of containers and purchase orders (POs) to be received. Coordinate with transportation providers regarding container supply and return. Manage the ERP system for issuing purchase orders (POs) and reviewing receipts. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM. Friendly work environment.
