Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance personnel with experience in general repairs, focused on ensuring the proper functioning and cleanliness of facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. 2. Supervises supplier work and ensures quality standards. 3. Manages the inventory of maintenance tools and materials. The company is currently seeking Maintenance Personnel. Requirements: * Technical studies in electricity and/or related fields (preferred) * Knowledge of plumbing, infrastructure, and lighting repairs. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various brand locations. * Availability to work in Ate (Alt. Paradero Quechuas) Responsibilities: * Inspect and replenish water containers, ensuring their availability for site employees. * Clean offices and other areas. * Clean restrooms. * Clean stairs and handrails. * Supervise supplier-executed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and established deadlines. * Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections and record the corresponding control checks, ensuring functionality in case of emergency. * Perform vehicle checklists upon entry and exit from AMS’s central headquarters, verifying their proper condition. * Immediately report to the General Services Management any changes or updates suggested by suppliers, enabling timely decision-making. * Upon completion of supplier work, ensure all areas are clean and orderly, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and assets at AMS’s central headquarters, ensuring proper operation. * Coordinate with General Services Management prior to executing any maintenance work, ensuring approval and appropriate planning. * At the end of daily duties, report to General Services Management on completed tasks and any relevant incidents. * Prior to performing high-risk tasks, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personnel and environmental safety. * Procure materials or any other resources required for maintenance activities as needed. * Other duties assigned by management or administration leadership. * Clean windows of both buildings every 15 days, contributing to a clean and orderly environment. * Regularly monitor and update the inventory of tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance tasks to ensure availability and prevent shortages. * Respond to minor emergencies during working hours, such as equipment or facility failures. * Paint and maintain offices and common areas.
