Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage fleets and maintenance, infrastructure administration, and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive fleet and infrastructure maintenance management. 2. Multifunctional role including technical support and vehicle control. 3. Requires experience in fleet management and customer service. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 01\. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT Supervise fleet maintenance: preventive and corrective. 2\. INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION Manage maintenance and renovation of facilities, including operating licenses and permits. 3\. SYSTEM REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT Ensure data accuracy in the maintenance system (SUP). 4\. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT Supervise that the maintenance department complies with maintenance and/or repair processes and deadlines to ensure vehicle availability. SUP 5\. VEHICLE YARD CONTROL Perform daily quality control of vehicles’ condition in the yard. SUP 6\. PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT Record purchase orders. 7\. MINI-CASH REGISTER SETTLEMENT Record mini-cash documentation in the system. 8\. ST REGISTRATION IN COBRA Update units in Cobra. 9\. TICKET CONTROL Validate tickets on platforms. SUP 10\. TECHNICAL SUPPORT Provide technical assistance to customers in case of any incident.
