What Are We Looking For? * Technical graduate in **Business Administration, International Business**, or related fields. * Residence in **Metropolitan Lima**, preferably in Surco or nearby areas. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in similar positions (operations, logistics, administration). * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in **Excel** (data cross-referencing and validation, reporting). MANDATORY * ERP system experience (preferred). * Intermediate English (preferred). Responsibilities: * Record expenses and income. * Issue invoices and waybills. * Support **national and international logistics** of finished products. * Prepare **quotations and manage procurement** with suppliers. * Coordinate **receiving and inspection of raw materials**. * Maintain **inventory control and warehouse management**. * Register documents and transactions in the **ERP system**. * Perform **data cross-referencing and validation in Excel**. * Identify process improvement opportunities and propose efficient solutions. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure **timely execution of work plans**.
