




Position Summary: D'GALLIA is seeking a Pre-Prepared Foods Assistant to support the preparation and management of products, optimization of ingredients, and maintenance of hygiene standards. We are currently seeking Instructors for our Baking and Pastry Program, committed to delivering high-quality education and comprehensive student development. Main Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Pre-Prepared Foods Supervisor in preparing and delivering pre-prepared products requested by the warehouse. * Assist in portioning and labeling proteins and ingredients according to academic requirements. * Support the receipt and verification of ingredients and beverages against purchase orders. * Optimize ingredient usage during production to minimize waste. * Carry out and support daily cleaning and disinfection of the area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Maintain daily records of production and deliveries to the warehouse. * Report shortages, spoilage, or equipment malfunctions. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: * **Education:** Higher Education – Completed or ongoing Technical Studies. * **Training:** Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience as a Pre-Prepared Foods Production Assistant or in receiving Food & Beverage (F&B) items. * Basic knowledge of cooking and pastry. * Familiarity with ingredients: fish, seafood, proteins, fruits, vegetables, dry goods, and dairy products. * Knowledge of units of measurement and temperature control (freezing, refrigeration, and vacuum packaging). * Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system. * Proficiency in **Navision System (preferred)**.
