Dynamic and challenging work environment If you are proactive, organized, and eager to learn about the real-world advertising industry (not just theory), this opportunity is for you. **What will you do in this role?** * Prepare quotations and proposals for clients * Support prospecting and acquiring new clients * Coordinate and monitor projects (production, installations, deliveries) * Manage work orders and document control * Coordinate with suppliers and operational teams * Assist with operational tasks (light production, assembly, logistics, procurement) **Work Modality** * 60% remote (home office) * 40% on-site (client visits, installations, production) **Candidate Profile** * Studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Engineering, or related fields (not mandatory) * Organized, solution-oriented, and self-motivated individual * Strong communication skills and task follow-up ability * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel, Google Drive, and digital tools * Prior experience in events, advertising, BTL, or production is desirable **Most Important** We seek someone with the right attitude, eagerness to learn, and desire to grow within the industry.
