




Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team, supporting procurement and supplier management while ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies. We are currently seeking talented professionals like you for the position of LOGISTICS ASSISTANT. Requirements: * Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. * Additional training in procurement or supply chain processes is desirable. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within procurement or logistics departments. * Experience in supplier relations, purchase order handling, and quotations. * Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel). * Experience with ERP systems or procurement management software. * Knowledge of procurement procedures, supply standards, and basic logistics principles. **Main Responsibilities** * Request quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative analyses of pricing and terms. * Create and manage purchase orders in the internal system. * Track deliveries to ensure adherence to agreed timelines. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product databases. * Verify invoices and coordinate with the accounting department for approval and payment. * Support supplier evaluation and selection based on quality, pricing, and performance criteria. * Archive and organize procurement-related documents. * Generate periodic reports on purchase status and delivery progress. * Coordinate with requesting departments to ensure accurate specification of requirements. * Comply with internal procurement procedures and policies.
