Job Summary: We are seeking a committed professional to optimize our supply chain and ensure the operational efficiency of our fleet by managing procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages procurement and the complete purchase order cycle. 2. Monitors inventory levels and coordinates with internal departments. 3. We are looking for a committed professional to optimize our supply chain and ensure the operational efficiency of our fleet. **What will be your challenges?** * **Procurement Management:** Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) in accordance with internal quality standards. * **End-to-End Cycle Control:** Conduct comprehensive tracking from PO issuance through to compliant receipt of goods or services. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, ensuring operational continuity. * **Internal Strategic Partner:** Coordinate with all departments to promptly fulfill requirements. * **Supplier Relationship Management:** Maintain clear and effective communication, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. * **Cost Control:** Update and audit logistics supplier pricing schedules to optimize budget allocation. * **Reporting:** Prepare management reports and maintain organized departmental documentation. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics; **prior experience in the transportation sector is mandatory.** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (functional Excel). * High level of proactivity, assertive communication, organizational skills, and analytical ability. * Availability to work on-site. **Employment Conditions:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturdays, 08:30–12:45\. * **Days Off:** Sundays and public holidays. **What do we offer?** * **Full Payroll Registration:** Effective from the first day of employment. * **Statutory Benefits:** Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), paid vacations, ESSALUD health insurance, and family allowance (if applicable). * Job stability and growth opportunities within a solid transportation-sector company.
