Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience in billing and collections. Experience or knowledge in managing procedures with government entities (desirable). Intermediate-level Excel and Power BI skills. ERP systems or billing software experience is desirable. What Will You Do in This Role? Issue, review, and record invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes in accordance with current regulations. Monitor customer accounts receivable. Manage collections via telephone calls, emails, messages, and in-person visits. Coordinate the delivery, tracking, and recovery of invoice charges, purchase orders, waybills, and supporting documentation. Keep petty cash funds updated. Coordinate with administrative, logistics, and accounting departments to ensure accurate billing and collections. Prepare billing and accounts receivable reports.
