




**Main Responsibilities** * Issuing and recording electronic invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes. * Digitizing and validating information in the system (sales, purchases, shipping guides, supporting documents). * Verifying tax-related data (RUC, legal business name, amounts, IGV). * Physical and digital filing of accounting and administrative documents. * Supporting billing reconciliations and document control. * Coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting departments. * Performing other administrative tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in **Administration, Accounting, Computer Science**, or related fields (completed). * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** in billing, digitization, or similar positions. * Knowledge of **electronic invoicing** (SUNAT). * Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency (tables, filters, basic formulas). * Good typing speed and accuracy. * Basic knowledge of accounting documents. * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
