




Job Summary: An importer/distributor of pharmaceutical products is seeking an experienced Billing Assistant to join its team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the issuance of invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes 2. Verify the correct issuance and acceptance of documents by SUNAT 3. Coordinate deliveries and ensure order accuracy prior to invoicing An importer/distributor of pharmaceutical products is currently seeking a Billing Assistant to join our team. Required Profile: * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of deductions and withholdings * Immediate availability to start work Responsibilities: * Timely generation of invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes * Verification of sequential numbering on all payment documents and confirmation of SUNAT acceptance * Coordination with the dispatch department, according to priority, to ensure delivery of waybills within the established timeframe * Verification that orders and purchase orders are error-free prior to invoice issuance * Organization and archiving of physical and electronic documents * Handling internal and external inquiries regarding issued documents * Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.1\.50 per month Work Location: On-site employment
