




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Billing Assistant to verify documentation, issue delivery guides, and collaborate with other departments. Key Highlights: 1. With extensive experience, we offer the widest variety of products at the best market prices, and we are currently seeking a BILLING ASSISTANT. - 02 to 03 years of experience - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field - Receipt and verification of documentation provided by the Sales Department (sales order, quotation, customer purchase order, manufacturing order), including required authorizations. - Issuance of delivery guides for respective shipments to customers (finished products). - Collaboration with other departments to ensure billing accuracy - Timely submission of all documentation—including delivery guides, invoices, receipts, and promissory notes—for presentation and/or collection. - Coordination with the warehouse regarding issuance of guides for internal transfers of goods (merchandise, supplies, etc.) between warehouses. - Issuance of guides for material dispatches related to third-party services. - Review and control of material returns from third-party service providers according to deadlines specified in the purchase order. - Monitoring and verification of delivery guides issued by carriers.
