Job Summary: A leading textile company is seeking a Billing/Warehouse Assistant to manage accounting and logistics processes, ensuring inventory organization and control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage billing, collections, and sales settlements 2. Responsible for updating the stock ledger (kardex) and inventory control 3. Ensure optimal organization and preservation of products in the warehouse A prominent textile industry leader is searching for top talent to serve as a Billing/Warehouse Assistant. General Requirements: \- Completed technical studies in accounting, administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 01 year of experience as a billing and logistics assistant. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. \- Basic knowledge of ERP systems. \- Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho from Monday to Saturday. Responsibilities: \- Solid knowledge of billing processes (issuance of electronic vouchers, invoices, receipts, shipping guides). \- Knowledge of inventory variation (receipts, issuances, inventory systems). \- Perform billing and collections for completed sales. \- Generate, consolidate, and send sales settlement documents to customers. \- Record and apply received and paid amounts per customer in the system to maintain bank reconciliation control. \- Responsible for updating the product stock ledger (kardex) in the system. \- Responsible for updating information on receipts and issuances for various products on the platform. \- Receive, assist, and dispatch requests to different departments. \- Perform system-based closing inventory. \- Conduct physical count and organization of products stored in the warehouse. \- Reconcile and track purchase orders generated according to requirements. \- Ensure proper organization of products within the warehouse, considering optimal preservation requirements. \- Verify shipping guides, quantities, and specifications required per purchase order or supply request. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
