Job Summary: We are seeking a Budget and Quotation Analyst to prepare budgets and quotations, perform settlements, and coordinate with clients in the Operations department. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a **Budget and Quotation Analyst** for the Operations department who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1–3 years of certified experience as a Budget and Quotation Analyst. * **Must hold a technical degree and/or be studying Industrial Engineering or related fields.** * Desirable: courses in cost and budget management. * Experience preparing budgets in construction companies. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare budgets and quotations for clients across various projects. * Perform settlements for completed work orders according to approved price lists and send them to clients. * Analyze received requests and propose appropriate materials for each project. * Request quotations from the procurement analyst for required materials. * Coordinate with clients based on received requirements. * Track budgets and quotations prepared. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Opportunity for growth and learning. * Positive work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:30; Saturdays, 09:00–12:00.
