Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant with experience in accounting and sales document management to support financial and administrative operations. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in issuing and recording sales documents 2. Management of bank reconciliations and deductions 3. Support in sales analysis and reporting **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields * Two years of experience as a BILLING ASSISTANT * Experience in customer interaction * Knowledge of preparing and issuing Invoices, Sales Receipts, and Shipping Guides * Knowledge of completing the Letter Payment Schedule * Familiarity with the "Regulations on Payment Vouchers\-Sunat", Invoices, Sales Receipts, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Shipping Guides, and Carrier Guides. * Knowledge of: Withholding Regime, Deductions, IGV (General Sales Tax) * Knowledge of stock ledger (sales-related outgoing entries via Invoices and Shipping Guides) * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Intermediate proficiency in the CONCAR system **Responsibilities:** * Daily entry of exchange rates into the accounting system. * Preparation of valuation tables based on the client's purchase order and progress according to protocols received from the Supervision Department * Issuing sales documents (Invoices, Credit Notes, etc.) in accordance with the "Manual of Payment Vouchers \- Sales" * Recording sales documentation in the CONCAR system * Recording and monitoring deductions arising from service sales * Performing bank reconciliation of income * Reviewing the updated report of receivable letters entered into the bank (Accounting\-Treasury). * Analyzing and submitting the sales register / Supporting tax filing * Assisting in delivering issued invoices to customers * Protecting, maintaining, and updating the billing department's documentary files * Updating the Withholding Agents Database * Organizing and printing accounting documents Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
