Respond to customers promptly through the various Customer Service Center (CSC) channels. Respond to customers promptly through any CSC channel designated by the CSC Management according to the company’s needs. Register and manage customer service requests according to the corresponding channel. Coordinate with required departments to obtain necessary information and responses in order to deliver optimal customer service. Comply with quality standards and service procedures aligned with the channel used to serve our customers. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Student or graduate in Business Administration or related field. * Basic office software skills. * Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. * Availability to work 48 hours per week \- hybrid.
