We are currently seeking a **Dispensing Assistant** with experience in handling and portioning raw materials to join our team. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with quality standards, traceability, and good practices within the production area. **Main Responsibilities**: * Receive production orders for portioning according to manufacturing batches. * Receive raw materials according to the purchase order, verifying information on the delivery note, invoice, and quality certificate, following prior coordination with the assistant or their immediate supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas. * Record temperature and humidity levels in the raw materials warehouse. * Verify the **identification, batch number, expiration date, and condition** of raw materials before use. * Prevent **cross-contamination** through correct use of designated areas, equipment, utensils, and personal protective equipment. * Ensure **correct labeling** of portioned raw materials (name, code, batch number, weight, date, and responsible person). * Perform portioning of raw materials according to the production order and the formula for each product being processed. * Maintain accurate stock balances of identified raw materials under optimal storage conditions. * Carry out **cleaning and disinfection of equipment and utensils**, as per established procedures. * Coordinate delivery and validation of portioned raw materials and packaging and packing materials with the contract manufacturer, according to the generated production order and weekly production schedule. * Inspect and sample finished products once the contract manufacturer notifies us that the manufacturing process has been completed; this information is cross-checked against the production order. **Requirements** * Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy student (preferred). * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** in warehousing, portioning, or dispensing. * Knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP). * Proficiency in using scales, thermo-hygrometers, and other measuring equipment (preferred).
