Transaction analysis and business needs assessment **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support to e\-commerce channels, handle incidents, and perform application (web/app) tracking and monitoring. Manage incidents, complaints, improvements, and risks, as well as all aspects of user support for the e\-commerce business. Monitor payment systems and payment methods. Report purchase orders with errors to the responsible departments for prompt resolution. Analyze transactions for cardholder fraud patterns. Understand, interpret, and translate business needs. Support the development of departmental KPIs, following coordination with the business analyst. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * 1\- 2 years of experience providing operational sales support in retail. * Experience in face\-to\-face customer service or call centers (desirable). * Proficiency in back\-office systems: (SD, PMM, POS VIRTUAL, GCP, Postman, Office, etc.). * Competencies: responsibility, teamwork, flexibility, analytical thinking. * Availability to work in a hybrid model with rotating shifts (Mon \- Sun, 1 day off). * Availability to work in Surquillo. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
