Those who work with us find purpose and do what they love most in an inclusive, collaborative, agile, and rewarding environment. **About This Position** ------------------------------------ We are looking for an office support consultant for the Country Office who is proactive, organized, and possesses strong communication skills. The role requires a high degree of interaction with staff from the Country Office and other Bank offices and units, as well as with government officials, public and private entities, and other international organizations. You will work at the Country Office in Peru, which forms part of the Andean Community Countries Department. This team is responsible for leading actions and programs, supporting country-specific projects and programs, managing operations, and promoting the use of funds administered by the Bank. It also supports various divisions and areas to ensure the institution functions effectively. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Support the Executive Assistant to the Representative in coordinating and tracking the schedule of the IDB Group Representative in Peru to ensure meetings with private companies, international organizations, and state sectors, as well as participation in missions, conferences, seminars, and official, social, and cultural events. * Organize and coordinate necessary information and documentation for internal meetings and meetings with other IDB Group areas, especially with IDB Invest. * Provide logistical support and coordinate with the relevant area to ensure appropriate provision of support services for the Representative’s activities. * Support the Representative’s Executive Assistant as liaison with Bank Management offices, particularly with IDB Invest, proactively ensuring requests are adequately addressed and delivered on time. * Provide logistical and administrative support for senior management missions of the Bank. This includes managing travel authorizations and expense reports, arranging necessary logistics for official travel, and preparing required documentation before and after trips. * In coordination with the Representative’s Executive Assistant, organize the Representative’s physical and electronic files to ensure easy accessibility. **Qualifications Required** ---------------------------- **Education**: Technical studies or degree in administration, executive secretarial work, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of this position. **Experience**: At least two years of specific experience related to the position. Experience in Assistant or Executive Assistant roles is valued, preferably within multilateral organizations, large private enterprises, or government entities of comparable scale. **Languages**: Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. **Requirements** -------------- **Citizenship**: You are a citizen of one of our 48 member countries.
