Job Summary: We are seeking a Foreign Trade Assistant to manage and optimize procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities, ensuring efficiency and cost reduction. Resolve issues with suppliers and report any changes in agreed terms to the Logistics Manager. Select the most favorable import conditions for the company to minimize import logistics costs. Calculate import costs for products/inputs to secure the best import cost conditions. .Evaluate whether product prices can be reduced to remain competitive in the market without compromising the company’s financial stability or production quality. .Evaluate supplier quotations and select the optimal option based on purchase price and quality, considering cost-benefit analysis. .Prepare and submit purchase orders to the relevant department. .Coordinate with customs agents for customs clearance and delivery of goods to the warehouse. .Evaluate and monitor payment terms to suppliers, considering all general expenses incurred during importation. PROFILE: Bachelor's degree graduate, specialized in International Business Administration. Certified in Domestic and International Procurement.
