




Position Summary: We are seeking a Domestic and International Procurement Assistant to manage relationships with manufacturers, review account statements, enter products into the system, and coordinate imports and nationalization of goods. Key role in the nationalization of goods Job Description: A reputable company is looking for a Domestic and International Procurement Assistant with problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, and planning capabilities, who will perform the following duties: DUTIES: \- Effectively establish and manage relationships with manufacturers’ operations departments. \- Facilitate the review of suppliers’ account statements. \- Timely and accurately enter products sent by manufacturers into the information system. \- Coordinate with suppliers involved in the import process, transportation, and the proper, efficient, and timely nationalization of goods received in overseas warehouses or at the local destination port. \- Obtain and analyze all documentation associated with each import. \- Local procurement. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates in International Business or Foreign Trade. \- Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. \- Personal qualities: Analytical, proactive, initiative-driven, organized, and results-oriented; capable of problem-solving and teamwork. \- Organized \- Responsible Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
