




At Impresso Gráfica S.A., we are seeking the best talent to serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT FUNCTIONS: Prepare, calculate, and review the Payroll, vacation, and bonus payments for staff, as well as CTS and Profit-Sharing. Monitor staff attendance and punctuality through the attendance control system. Maintain records and control of vacations, and issue corresponding documentation as required (e.g., advance vacation, purchase of vacation days) or when applicable. Advise various departments of the Company on strict compliance with the Vacation Schedule, prepared in accordance with current labor regulations and Company policy. Prepare information and file the PDT (ESSALUD, ESSALUD–Life, Fifth Category Income Tax), as well as payments to SENATI and AFPs and T-Register. Prepare and process workers’ withholdings for AFP contributions in a timely manner. Prepare, manage, and monitor employment contracts. Prepare the monthly report on staff hires and terminations. Maintain records and control of the contracting, administration, and payment of premiums for group life insurance policies and complementary occupational risk insurance. Properly maintain and manage personnel files for all staff. Comply with Company-established rules and procedures, internal directives, and the Internal Work Regulations. Knowledge of Law No. 29783 – Occupational Safety and Health Law. Knowledge of preparing and organizing documentation for SUNAFIL inspections. REQUIREMENTS: * University graduate or Technical professional * Minimum of two (2) years of work experience.
