At **MAS IMAGEN**, we require a **FACILITIES ASSISTANT – GRAPHIC INDUSTRY** **REQUIREMENTS:** **1\. Education:** * Technical and/or university degree in graphic production, advertising, industrial engineering, or related fields. **2\. Experience** * Minimum 6 months in: * Graphic material or advertising installation assistant roles. * Operational staff management (installers or assistants). * Coordination with printing, finishing, and dispatch departments. **3\. Skills** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication (with suppliers and operational teams). * Field problem solving. * Working under pressure and meeting deadlines. * Basic leadership. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute coordination and scheduling of material shipments to provinces as instructed by the Installation Coordinator. * Inform the Installation Coordinator that provincial suppliers already have the necessary information to carry out installations (voucher, access code, permits, etc.). * Manage petty cash, prepare reports, and submit timely reimbursements to the administrative department, maintaining a minimum established balance. * Request purchase order preparation with supporting documentation (including photographic evidence) and manage requests for payment receipts (invoices or service fee receipts). * Track supplier payments. * Prepare guides and distribute necessary documentation for installation execution. * Properly archive and number signed guides. * Maintain an updated matrix of external suppliers (Lima and provinces). * Arrange material delivery and pickup using external supplier services and inform the Installation Coordinator and/or Finishing Department. * Track and promptly report product arrivals in provinces. * Temporarily replace the Installation Coordinator when they are absent from the office or attending meetings, ensuring operational continuity (without making critical decisions). * Weekly verify the status of assigned vehicles. * Monitor validity and compliance of mobile unit documentation (SOAT insurance, technical inspection, maintenance). * Verify that vehicles are equipped with mandatory safety equipment (tools, warning triangle, jack, valid fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, etc.). * Daily request real-time driver location and photographic record of odometer readings before and after each trip. * Proactively arrange required travel allowances (transportation, meals, and others). * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor within the scope of competence. **Conditions:** * Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm * Formal employment under MYP payroll. * Social Security (Seguro de Vida Ley). * Pleasant work environment. * Professional growth. * Remuneration of S/1300 to S/1500 depending on evaluation. ***Interested candidates should send their CV via WhatsApp to 973746614.*** Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have work experience as a Facilities Assistant? * Do you have experience in the Graphic Industry? * In which district do you reside? * Are you available to work the stated schedule?
